Configuring SEO

You can configure your SEO for your site as well as each page in the site.

Site SEO Settings

To configure SEO for a site, go to the site settings and select the SEO tab. Here you'll be able to configure the OG image, title, and description. By default, Playbook will use your site title and description for SEO.

Best Practices

1. Use Unique Titles and Descriptions

   • Each page should have its own unique SEO title and description

   • Avoid duplicate content

   • Make them relevant to the specific page content

2. Include Keywords Naturally

   • Use terms your users are likely to search for

   • Place important keywords near the beginning

   • Don't overuse keywords (keyword stuffing)

   • Write for humans, not just search engines

3. Be Descriptive and Accurate

   • Clearly communicate what's on the page

   • Don't use clickbait or misleading descriptions

   • Focus on the value users will get from the page

4. Keep it Concise

   • SEO titles: 50-60 characters

   • SEO descriptions: 150-160 characters

   • Use short, clear phrases

   • Remove unnecessary words
